How do I reserve a room?

We take reservations on our website. Please note reservations cannot be made through emails and phone calls.

How much are the room rates?

Room rates will change depending on the season and number of guests. To check the rates, click on the BOOK NOW button and enter the date, room type and number of guests (we count all children as guests). Please note that children reservation policies will differ depending on the hotel booking sites.

Cancellation and change of reservation

You can cancel or change your booking by signing in to your hotel booking account. We cannot accept cancellation and changes by phone and email, so please contact the hotel booking site directly for further inquiries.


Can I request for a room with a Mount Fuji view?

Our hotel is surrounded by the forests so Mount Fuji cannot be seen from any of the rooms. However you may be able to catch a good view from the restaurant and other areas within the property when the air is nice and clear.

Can I request for a Japanese-style room?

Unfortunately all rooms are Western-style bed rooms.

 Can I request for a king size bed or double bed?

Unfortunately we do not have king size beds. However you can reserve a double bed at the time of your booking. Double beds are available in the condominium-style Double Junior Suite rooms in the Forest Village. For more details on room/bed size, please check the Rooms page on this website.

Can I request for a non-smoking room?

You can reserve a non-smoking room at the time of your booking. Please enter your details in the reservation form and request for a non-smoking room in the Special Request section. Please note that the condominium-style suite in the Forest Village are all smoking-permitted room. We will deodorant the room as your request.

Can I request for the exact same room shown on the website?

We will do our best to accommodate your request but we are afraid we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. Please note that the condominium-style suite features different room structures. (Each unit has a different floor plan)

Do you provide yukatas?

Unfortunately we do not have any yukatas but you will find a set of pyjamas and slippers in each room.


How can I access the hotel?

Nearest JR station?

The Fujigoko (Fuji Five Lakes) area is not accessible via JR lines. The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyuko line.

Do you offer free shuttle services from/to the station?

We operate a free shuttle bus between the hotel, Kawaguchiko Station and Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop. The bus is operated on a fixed timetable and reservations are required. Buses will not run if there are no reservations. Please make sure to book your seat at least 30 minutes before. We accept the reservations from one day before on your arrival. We only take reservation by phone calls.

Are there any other ways I can access the hotel from Kawaguchiko Station?

You can also access the hotel by taxi. The journey is around 15 minutes (2,500 JPY).


Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can keep hold of your luggage at front desk. If you plan to spend sometime around Kawaguchiko Station, its best to store your luggage in one of the coin-operated lockers or luggage storage service around the Kawaguchiko Station, as the hotel is located away from town central and only accessible by shuttle bus or taxi.

Do you offer local tours and guides?

Unfortunately we do not offer local tours and guides for guest.

Can I rent a car at the hotel?

Unfortunately we do not offer car rental services.

How should I pay? Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, you can pay by cash and credit card. Please note that we do not accept debit cards and there are no ATMs inside and near the property.

 Is late check-in available?

Front desk is closed between 11pm and 7am (next day). If you plan to arrive after 11pm, please let us know in advance at +81 555731168.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel before I check-in?

Yes, please make sure to send them to the address below:

Dining options?

The restaurant inside the hotel serves mixed buffet of Japanese and Western dishes for dinner (reservation required) and breakfast. If your accommodation plan does not include dinner,  please note that there are no restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance from the hotel. A limited number of in-room dining menues (pizzas and other appetizers) are also available upon request.

Do you serve vegetarian meals and other special dietary menus?

The restaurant serves mixed buffet platters with a wide variation of meat, fish and seasonal vegetables. It is designed to suit every taste and appetite. We ask you to choose the food from them by yourself.


Do you have hot springs within the property?

Yes, guests are welcome to use the on-site FOREST SPA (hot spring) located 5 minutes away from front desk by walk. Like typical Japanese hot springs, baths are divided into male and female baths and bathing suits are prohibited. Please note that we cannot allow children under 5 to enter the facility and children aged 6-12 years old can use the facility between 3pm-9pm.

Area attractions

What type of area is the hotel located in?

The hotel is located in the forests, an area away from the the commercial district of Kawaguchiko. There are no restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance and the on-site store closes at 9pm.

Are there any shopping malls nearby?

Unfortunately there are no big shopping malls nearby. The nearest supermarket is located 10 minutes away by taxi.

I am planning to climb Mount Fuji.

Early July to mid-September is the official climbing season. Starting point is Mount Fuji?s 5th Station, accessible from Kawaguchiko Station by bus. We recommend you prepare beforehand as there are not many shops for climbing in the area. Also make sure to leave early to avoid the crowd and check the Mount Fuji website for the latest update.
